Quotations
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of the site assessment and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where site conditions differ materially from what was assessed, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Site visits and call-outs
Call-out fees may apply to site visits, fault finding and technical call-outs. Any applicable fee is communicated before the visit is arranged.
Workmanship and equipment
Our workmanship is carried out to the standards applicable to the work concerned. Equipment supplied carries the warranty offered by the relevant manufacturer or supplier, and those warranty terms apply to the equipment itself.
Limitation
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under South African law.
